Condition

Built 2000. Condition very good.  Uses expensive electric bar heaters, thinking of raising funds for oil heating. Floor Canadian oak fitted by Dereham company - £5,200. No caretaker - all work done by volunteers. Kitchen good but room was designed before being fitted.  Hatch partly covered up by drawers. External door via passage way which was used for storage (not good Health and Safety). Kitchen very light with good walking space. Needed more work surface. heat sealed 'lino' floor. Hall very light, window all around.  Double door exit to back.  Simple build but with a very slight raised detailing. (Door to Ladies would not shut so a little bit of settling.  Internal decorating was done by villagers. Curtain donated by WI. Problems with storage.
