Problem with acoustics. Getting grant to sort out. Back room designed with extra door to allow for entrance on to stage, if/when built. Used all week.  Draws people from surrounding villages. These have already been paid back. Profit in first year £8K. £40K for clearing site.

Suggestions

Problem with development committee making decisions.  Ending up being mainly run by chairman. Had a very good Project Manager who with the architect made a loss. Suggest have a model made of the design. Don't take anything for granted.
