Opened September 2003. Has security alarm,
CCTV. Lighting very good Category
II. Oil heating. Main Hall developed
for badminton and extra space for a permanent stage (not yet built due to
funding). Viewing platform. Well
insulated metal roof, Thermal blocks construction. Problem with acoustics.
Getting grant to sort out. Back room designed with extra door to allow for
entrance on to stage, if/when built. Used all week. Draws people from surrounding villages.
Due to charity can have a social bar but get around it by having committee
events.

Suggestions
|
|
Problem with development committee making
decisions. Ending up being mainly
run by chairman. Had a very good Project Manager who with the architect
made a loss. Suggest have a model made of the design. Don't take anything
for granted.
