	Latest Project Bawdeswell News - The meeting on 12th July had updates from the various work streams. Work will continue throughout the summer on plans for the new hall. The activities group has a program of activities for August with an Opening Day and car Boot Sale on 2 August. The cricket nets have been put up and are well used already. It was disappointing to hear that our first grant application for the installation of the play equipment had been turned down but other sources are being investigated. We need to increase the momentum of the project but, unfortunately, we are relying on a very small number of villagers who are already heavily involved in the Community. If you want better facilities, now is the time for your support. Some work is being done between meetings and behind the scenes by the sub groups but we need more people. Join us at our next meeting on the 13^th September at 10.00 am in the Village Hall. Come along and hear all about the various work streams and share your ideas with us.
